Online sessions allow you to access counselling from the comfort of your own home. They cut out travel time and costs giving us more flexibility with our sessions. I love that my support can be accessed by anyone.

90 Minute Holding Space Session
A focused 90 minute session for people who:
are newly pregnant after loss and feeling overwhelmed
have a big scan or appointment coming up and need support
are approaching a difficult anniversary or milestone date
need someone who gets it to help process a recent trigger
want dedicated support for ONE specific fear or anxiety
I only offer TWO of these spaces a month
